Plus, ideastream's® Dan Polletta profiles retired Garfield Heights High School band director Mike Shively whose proteges take the stage this weekend with special guest Ken Peplowski. And we share funding strategies for local artists as Dee marks Funding for Arts Month with representatives from The Foundation Center and The Community Partnership for Arts and Culture.
