Dee Perry welcomes back acclaimed local artist Joseph O'Sickey whose work gets a career retrospective at The Bonfoey Company in the exhibition In the Light which opens tonight. O'Sickey discusses his signature style as a painter and remembers his artistic muse, his late wife Algesa.

I feel privileged to have had the much respected Mr. O’Sickey as a professor at KSU many years ago.  He really influenced my approach to painting. Thank you for featuring him in your story.
