In Columbus, there's a complicated debate about something that's really very simple. When you switch on a light or turn on your radio -- who should decide how much that electricity costs? The state or the free market? Politicians in Columbus agree that the current system of partial deregulation isn't working, but the disagreement centers around what system would be better.
