Ohio Churches Plot Battle With IRS

Using what they call Biblical standards, they intend to endorse political candidates, even if that means the IRS revokes their church's tax exemption. Going to court would give them an opportunity to challenge the constitutionality of the IRS rules that forbid religious groups from getting involved in partisan politics. Here's the second of two reports from Statehouse reporter Bill Cohen.
