David Walker was U.S. Controller General for the past ten years until he resigned last spring to accept the top job at the Peter G. Peterson Foundation. He came to Cleveland as part of the Concord Coalition's Fiscal Wakeup Tour. The Concord Coalition was formed in 1992 to promote fiscal responsibility in government. He spoke with ideastream®'s Eric Wellman.
