On Fridays Upside/Downside explores issues impacting the region's economy. This week we consider the proposal to bring a gambling casino to southwest Ohio, ballot issue 6. Proponents say it will create thousands of jobs and bring millions of dollars to county coffers. Like any casino proposal, it's facing opposition on moral grounds.
