Lawmakers Had Mixed Reactions to Strickland’s Speech

Most lawmakers made it through the snow to see the Governor's speech the notable exception was Republican Senate President Bill Harris of Ashland, who broke his leg leaving his Columbus hotel room this morning. Statehouse correspondent Karen Kasler talked to several legislators to find out their thoughts on Strickland's speech.
