Upside/Downside: Goodyear retools construction schedule of new headquarters

This recession we're in is forcing developers to rethink or scale back some of the region's biggest building projects. Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company has an ambitious plan to build a new headquarters in Akron along with a retail complex next door. Those plans are now changing a bit to conform to new economic realities. In this week's edition of upside/downside, we're joined by Stephanie Warsmith who's following this story for the Akron Beacon Journal. She spoke with ideastream®'s Eric Wellman.
