Governor Ted Strickland says he's pleased with the way President Obama has conducted his first one hundred days in office. Strickland says Obama's economic stimulus plan is helping Ohio and without it, the state would be in very difficult circumstances.
Strickland says he doesn’t apologize for using the stimulus dollars right away in the state budget. He says the stimulus money was meant to give immediate relief to states and boost the economy right away.
