No nuclear plant has been built in the U.S. since the 1979 partial meltdown at the 3 Mile Island Plant in Pennsylvania.....but plans were unveiled Thursday to research the possibility of building one in Southern Ohio. Ohio Public Radio's Bill Cohen was there, and he filed this report.
