Ohio legislators and Governor Strickland are looking at a plan to authorize slot machines at the state's seven horse racing tracks, but that's not stopping backers of another gambling expansion plan from moving ahead with their own proposal -- for casinos in big cities. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports.
