A federal judge has halted executions in Ohio because of questions about whether the way Ohio carries out the death penalty is unconstitutional. Meanwhile, a number of death row inmates are suing the state, bringing legal scrutiny to capital punishment and how it's done here. On the next Sound of Ideas, we'll discuss the procedural and legal issues and talk with a state Supreme Court Justice who wants to scrap the death penalty in Ohio. Wednesday at 9 on 90.3.
