The latest census numbers don't look good for Cleveland. The estimates suggest the city has lost more than 9 percent of its population this decade, more than any other major city in the country. But when professor Mark Salling of Cleveland State University looked deeper into the numbers, he found at least one promising trend. While Cleveland continues to shed population, the rate of decline appears to be slowing. Salling teaches at CSU's Levin College of Urban Affairs where he spoke with ideastream®'s Eric Wellman.
