A new program designed to help keep Ohio's college graduates in Ohio goes into effect today. The new Grants for Grads program provides graduates help with a down payment on a home in Ohio. In an interview with Ohio Public Radio's Jo Ingles, Doug Garver of the Ohio Housing Finance Agency explains how the program will work.
