For people without health insurance, paying out of pocket is a dauntingly expensive proposition. But as costs continue to rise, even people who have insurance are paying more out of pocket. In this week's Tuesday Checkup, Diane Suchetka tells us that saving money on healthcare and buying a car have a thing or two in common.
