There's a disease that affects between one and two million Americans, but it's not talked about because it's embarrassing. No one knows exactly what causes Crohn's disease or how to cure it. Patients often feel cramps or flu-like symptoms. Dr. Jeffrey Katz is a gastroenterologist at University Hospitals and a leading expert in Crohn's disease. He spoke with ideastream®'s Eric Wellman.
