Bob Johnson of Avon, Ohio, was just a teenager when he enlisted in the military in the 1960's. It was before America engaged in the Vietnam War. Johnson never imagined he would be fighting in a foreign country. And he certainly never imagined the welcome, or lack thereof, when he came home. Johnson is a retired salesman and the father of former ideastream® producer Caitlin Johnson. Caitlin recently spoke with her father about his Vietnam experience.
