U.S. Congress Pushing Cleaner Coal

The Midwest has the largest concentration of coal-fired power plants in the nation. Some in Congress are now pushing new technology they say will make coal cleaner and more efficient. It's one component in the battle to reduce greenhouse gasses that cause global warming. Benjamin Shaw Reports from Capitol Hill.
