It's not everyday we have the opportunity to bring you positive news about manufacturing. Ford broke the news this morning that its bringing back Cleveland Engine Plant number 1. This news happens to coincide with a summit that kicks off today in Cleveland that's focusing on what's working well in manufacturing. The Northeast Ohio Manufacturing Summit is organized by MAGNET and Wire-Net, two organizations that advocate on behalf of area manufacturers. John Colm is Wire-Net's President and Executive Director. Ford to Re-Open Cleveland Engine No. 1

Amidst almost daily reports of job losses, Ford Motor Company is bucking the trend - at least in Northeast Ohio. The company announced its Engine Plant Number One in Brook Park that closed almost two years ago, will reopen - adding 250 new jobs to the local economy. ideastream®s' Rick Jackson reports.

A little red wine is good for your heart, right? Not so fast. Thanks to Electronic Medical Records, a new large-scale study casts doubt on the benefits of moderate alcohol consumption, and has some doctors saying not only will it not help your heart, it might increase your risk of cancer.
