Your car might have a brand name on it, but chances are nearly everything in it was manufactured by other companies. Consider this as General Motors is all-but-certain to announce its bankruptcy later this morning. The ripple effects go far beyond the workers at Lordstown or Parma. ideastream®’s Dan Bobkoff has been thinking about the complex automotive supply chain and what a bankruptcy might mean for all the suppliers.
