Cell phones on airplanes. Welcome aboard Tower of Babel Airlines folks, the captain has turned off the no cell phone light and you are free to annoy the hell out of your seat mates. The FCC is considering allowing free use of cell phones on airline flights. But first it's going to take public comments for a period of time before the final vote. We'll talk about it with a representative of the FCC. And with local writer Andrew Thomas who wrote a book prophetically titled "Air Rage."

Deborah Plummer wrote the book, "Racing Across the Lines: Changing Race Relations Through Friendship." We'll be discussing what's being called an epidemic of lead poisoning in Cleveland. Thousands of inner-city children who live in older housing are thought to have varying levels of toxic lead in their bodies. They're getting it from paint used in their houses years ago. Recently the St Luke's Foundation, Lutheran Metropolitan Ministry, the city of Cleveland and Cuyahoga County teamed up for a program to combat lead poisoning called Healthy Kids in Healthy Homes. We'll talk about it.
