Aired January 26, 2007
As an international man of cuisine, best-selling writer Anthony Bourdain is known for a take-no-prisoners attitude towards dining. Whether he's in Vietnam, or St. Petersburg, this native Jersey boy has a penchant for just about anything people are willing to serve him.
