On three consecutive nights, WVIZ/PBS aired this PBS six-hour series hosted by Brad Pitt which looks at emerging threats to global public health and relates the compelling stories of global health champions and the communities they strive to protect. The films employ historical dramatic sequences and poignant documentary stories to showcase key milestones in public health history; and they feature experts speaking in-depth about this complex and fascinating story.
