For the seventh straight legislative session, health advocates have failed to convince Ohio lawmakers to force all health insurance policies to pay for diabetes supplies. Legislators are preparing to end their latest two-year session without voting on a proposal the activists keep pushing. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports.
