Great Lakes Water Levels Dropping

After more than 30 years of historic highs, water levels in the Great Lakes took a nosedive in the late 1990s. While Lakes Erie and Ontario have since partially recovered, Huron and Michigan are still a foot-and-a-half below normal. Low water levels are already causing problems there.
