On March 4th, it's back to basics for voters in Cuyahoga County. Ohio Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner ordered the switch to a paper ballot system after losing confidence in the county's touch screen machines. So on March 4th voters will fill out paper ballots that will then be transported to a central location to be counted.
