From time to time this election season we've been highlighting ballot issues that voters are asked to consider. There's no question the casino and payday lending issues have gotten the most attention. But 47 communities in Cuyahoga County will be considering whether to renew and expand a levy that benefits the Cuyahoga County Public Library System.
