Two Innerbelt Lanes Re-Open

Northeast Ohio commuters can look forward to a quicker trip through Cleveland thanks to the re-opening of a couple of closed lanes on the Innerbelt. The Ohio Department of Transportation has been trying to reduce the weight of traffic on the aging structure, and apparently a ban on truck traffic has done the trick. ideastream®'s David C.
