Ohio health officials are preparing to fight the spread of swine flu even though there's only one confirmed case in the state so far. A 9-year-old boy from Elyria has been diagnosed with the same strain as the one that's being blamed for illnesses and deaths in Mexico. Ohio Public Radio's Jo Ingles reports.
