Why Good Things Happen to Good People

Topics: Health

A lot of people think of giving in terms of sacrifice. For instance, I give up something so you will be better off. But what if giving made us both better off? According to Dr. Stephen Post of Case Western, it does. In his new book, "Why Good Things Happen to Good People," Post brings together current research that shows why scientifically, it may actually be better to give than receive. Dr. Post joins us on the next Sound of Ideas, Monday morning at nine on 90.3. Plus, we'll visit with Ingenuity Fest artist Marcus Santos. Santos will be leading the "Samba for 1,000 Drums" Friday, July 20 at noon.
