In other words if a hospital is good at cardiac procedures, and does a lot of them, it doesn't necessarily mean its good at abdominal procedures. On Mondays we talk health, and this week Dr. Charles Emerman joins us. He's Associate Chief of Staff at MetroHealth Medical Center.
