The Millennial Economy Redux

It’s possible to find signs that Northeast Ohio’s Economy is in a recovery mode. But those signs might still be a little faint. Economists will tell you that since the beginning of the recession in March, 2001, Northeast Ohio has lost 6.4% of its job base. Population has been in decline and several Fortune 500 companies have closed down or moved elsewhere. As part of our continuing series A Quiet Crisis, ideastream’s Shula Neuman reports that despite most appearances, Northeast Ohio is moving forward.
